The occupying client declares to have read and accepted the general and specific conditions of occupation which appear below:

1. The occupant will occupy the property in a reasonable manner. He will use the equipment made available to him according to the standards and instructions of said equipment. He is held responsible for any damage he may cause to the property during his occupation, to the equipment, as well as to the furniture and decorative elements attached or not to the building.
   All expenses for the repair of damage or the replacement of damaged or missing equipment and decorative objects are the responsibility of the occupant. For this purpose, an inventory of fixtures at the start and end of the lease will be established between the parties.
2. A deposit of €50 is required for any occupation. The amount of the deposit will be refunded to the occupant after the inventory of fixtures at the end, provided that the occupied property has not been damaged and that no equipment or decorative element attached or not to the rented property has been damaged or is missing.
3. The maximum number of people and the period indicated at the time of booking must be strictly respected.
4. La Cabane du Lac declines all responsibility in the event of falls into the water or any other incident.
5. The occupants have read the premises and assume full responsibility for any incident occurring during their presence on the premises.
6. They acknowledge that they waive any recourse against "La Cabane du Lac" for any defects or shortcomings.
7. The adults present will assume full responsibility for the children present on the pontoon.
8. No swimming and/or "navigation" on the lake (windsurfing, boat, paddle, kayak, canoe, or other floating devices, without this list being restrictive).
9. The keys and codes will only be handed over after full and complete payment of the price to the bank account provided or when paying in cash on the same day. The total price to be paid includes the occupation of the space, to which must be added the amount of the guarantee as well as the price of the equipment rental (including dishes) if these have been reserved by the occupant.
10. Candles are prohibited, except outside with tealight holders (Prohibition on the use of outdoor candles).
11. Any nighttime noise is prohibited after 10 p.m. (police regulations).
    If the occupant seriously inconveniences the neighborhood, access to the pontoon will be prohibited and the occupation of the Lake Cabin will be immediately suspended without any question of reimbursement of the price paid by the occupant.
12. All trash and waste will be evacuated by the occupants. Failing this, an amount of €25 will be retained from the guarantee.
